With Christmas upon us it’s not all cheery for all. It can be a very hard time for some. It’s a time of family and friends gathering and when a loved one is missing things never seem to be the same. But it doesn’t mean you can’t create new memories and feelings. This is what our loved ones would want for us. They don’t want you to die with them. They want us to create new. What ever that may look like. Bring them back to life through traditions.
Healing happens differently in each and everyone of us and no body is behind or a head we’re all running our own journeys. Spirit always says it’s of importance to take down days for mental health just like we would for a sick day. It’s not lazy it’s healing at its greatest. Take time to slow down don’t avoid the feelings. Let it come let it go and so on. Greif is a process allow it to be processed. When we feel we heal! I’m wishing everyone beauty and love in life. My thoughts are with all who have lost a loved one.
