There are VERY limited FREE student manual osteopathy appointments available in my bookings.

***These are currently assessment oriented appointments meant as practice. NOT TREATMENT***

Please don't expect a regular treatment. You WILL learn some things about your body, so if you are interested in your posture and nerve testing, this is a great opportunity. It will also set up your assessment for future student sessions as I work my way through manual articulations, cranial sacral and visceral manipulations, and fascial work over the next year. Preference WILL be given to my current massage clients.

Change is coming! I know we all hate change, but I've been massaging a very long time and it's definitely time for me to change the focus of my practice.

As my regulars already know, I am just starting a manual osteopathy program.

I'll try not to disrupt my usual work hours too much, but it will unfortunately need to happen some.

The up side is that I'll be trying out new skills all year. Stay tuned as I work out what I'll be offering for student treatments over the year!

What is manual osteopathy?

The core philosophy is that your body has an innate ability to heal itself and we're here to facilitate that process.

This can include gentle mobilization of joints and soft tissue, cranial sacral work, lymphatic drainage, visceral manipulation, and fascial release.

The treatments are usually fully clothed and quite gentle.
