Starting November 24th, I’m offering a 6-week Foundational Yoga Series at Aligned Wellness in Rocky Mountain House
Mondays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
Here’s the thing:
Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or twisting into pretzel shapes.
It’s about learning how to breathe again.
How to release tension that’s been living in your shoulders for years.
How to feel grounded, calm, and comfortable in your own body.
If you’ve ever said things like:
“I’m not flexible enough for yoga.”
“I don’t even know where to start.”
“My body just isn’t built for that.”
Then this class is exactly for you.
I’ll guide you through gentle movement, simple breathwork, and body awareness so you can build strength, stability, and confidence, from the ground up.
You’ll leave each class feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
