Hello Everyone,
I have taken a little bit of a hiatus to deal with my health and to return to my practice. Stress is an incredible thing and it will break down the body very quickly if we are not taking care. So I did just that. Created space in my life to slow my mind and re-evaluate my practice and my priorities.
I appreciate your patience if you have been waiting for me to return to public life and have missed everyone while I was away.
❤️ We only get one walk on this beautiful little planet. I have so much gratitude for the gifts of meditation, allowing me to see the beauty in it all.
