Hello Everyone,
I have taken a little bit of a hiatus to deal with my health and to return to my practice. Stress is an incredible thing and it will break down the body very quickly if we are not taking care. So I did just that. Created space in my life to slow my mind and re-evaluate my practice and my priorities.
I appreciate your patience if you have been waiting for me to return to public life and have missed everyone while I was away.
❤️ We only get one walk on this beautiful little planet. I have so much gratitude for the gifts of meditation, allowing me to see the beauty in it all.

Why meditate?
Here is a little video that shows the reasons it works on a biological level. It’s really a great time to be in meditation, so much science backing the thousands of years of teaching. Our minds are incredible, meditation is like finding the user manual to fit your specific model of mind. Reducing the biological effects of stress and eventually the mind becomes more resilient to stressful situations. ❤️

Just a little update on our move.
We will finish out December at our Tea Rocks studio.
Classes will remain on Wednesday’s @ 5:30pm for
December 4th, 11th and 18th ****New Time****
We will move to our new studio in January.
