The room was full of strong questions, honest conversations, and meaningful networking. Exactly what’s needed when we’re talking about raising the bar for rigging, hoisting, and lifting safety in Alberta.

It was great to see Manufacturers’ Health & Safety Association there to support this event and to work alongside the Alberta Society for Safe Rigging, Hoisting, and Lifting. Collaboration like this matters. It’s how ideas turn into action.

This felt like a real move in the right direction for industry. Looking forward to what comes next and continuing the conversation.

Great conversations. Strong turnout. Exactly what these events are meant to be.

It was a pleasure to attend this Manufacturing Consortium event and be part of meaningful discussions with manufacturers, leaders, and partners from across the sector.

The discussions were honest. The networking was real. And the value came from people sharing what’s actually happening on the shop floor and in the market not just theory.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to attend and contribute. These conversations only work when people show up willing to engage, listen, and share.

Thank you to the leadership behind this work:
• Manufacturing Consortium Manager, EMC Canada (Alberta)
• Executive Director, Manufacturing Export Enhancement Cluster

Looking forward to continuing the conversation.

See everyone in March for the next event.
