COMING SOON -- Men's Movement Lounge.
〰️November is Men's Health Awareness Month〰️
Tell your male friends and family members - starting in November, we will be offering a class designed especially for men. This 6 week session will take place in a warm (not hot) studio space and will focus on mobility, balance, flexibility, strength - resulting in building or re-building coordination of movement!
Classes will be: November 4, 12, 18, 25 and December 2 & 9. Classes run from 6-7am - a GREAT way to kick off your day!
FAQ on November's Men's Movement Lounge:
How Advanced and Intense will this class be?
This class requires no previous athletic or workout experience, and is meant to offer variations so that men with even little to no previous experience in a studio atmosphere can benefit from coordinating movements.
Why is the studio going to be warm?
The intent behind the heat is to take advantage of the therapeutic effects of our far-infrared panels, which is a gentle heat that penetrates skin and joints. It really is an understated benefit of our space!
Can men attend our other classes? Why a specific "men's class"?
YES - we have lots of men at our regular classes, and we want them to keep coming; but wanted to offer an additional opportunity for men as we are about to enter a month that really focuses on talking about, and encouraging ways to enhance men's health.
What's the sign up process?
There are multiple ways to take part in this 6 week session:
1. Attend with your existing pass
2. Purchase a Drop In pass for single classes
3. Purchase the 6 week session
As our way of giving back to those who support our Men's Health initiative - and our cozy studio dreams - we will be giving away a 5 class pass at the end of the 6 week session, to one of our male studio attendees! 1 entry for every Men's Movement Lounge class attended!
