Wheatland Regional Centre Inc. is currently seeking a Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator is accountable for all financial responsibilities including administering payroll and employee benefits, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, creating financial reports, depositing funds and reconciling bank statements, submitting all payments, following legislative requirements.
The preferred qualifications include:
• A 2-year post-secondary accounting certificate and/or the equivalent of training and experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related accounting experience; preference for experience in a not-for-profit organization
• Strong knowledge of fiscal management and responsibility, financial protocols, and reporting procedures to funders
