It wasn’t more space
Or hoping it would land
Nor was it learning it in formats

I had all the tools. I was doing the practices. I had self-knowledge I could access.

I was doing the work,
I was just doing it *alone*

There’s a difference between awareness + learning and implementation - in actually shifting and embodying the work.

One of the biggest things that helped me (and continues to help me) bridge the gap is community, other women who are also doing the work and who “get it”.

And yet, it’s not always easy to find those other women. To find spaces that bring those like-minded humans together.

The Holding Space is that.

A virtual women’s circle. Small, grounded and brave.

Have you ever felt this? 🙋🏽‍♀️

I personally, know it very well.

It’s what happens when the dominant message we receive is that capable women figure it all. That strength is self-sufficiency.

But if you’re like me, you know that statement is deeply flawed.

As humans we’re meant to gather.
To feel seen.
To share and hold others.

What if the main reason you’re staying exactly where you are without the path forward is because of the fact that you’re doing it alone.

And what if we created a new status quo instead?

Power that comes from coming together. 🔥

This one took several iterations. Turns out telling parts of your personal journey can be both liberating, terrifying, healing and uniting, all at once. ❤️‍🩹

The truth is that there are so many different stories of the same experience. It was meaningful for me to share part of this one with you, and to really land in how I told it, too.

The meaning? Seeing someone else in your own experience, and saying, “me, too”. 🫂

Because in the end, we’re all in this together, walking each other home.

And so, maybe you resonate with a part of this snippet of my journey, and maybe you don’t.

But sharing it feels like an opportunity to both share from my heart and heal, as well as connect in community with others who see themselves in these words. Who feel their lived experience through mine.

What a beautiful privilege to mirror to each other the potential that exists for us, even if we don’t yet know how to get there on our own yet.

There are many things I’m navigating in how to “bridge the gap”, but this journey from anxiety to ease is no longer one of those unknowns for me.

And so, part of my service in this space is to show you some of that bridge, in case you are looking to build your own, in a similar situation. 🌁

I’m here, rooting for you. You can, and you will.

Take it from me, it’s a process that takes time, gentleness, and other humans who get it.

I hope that you receive all of that in your journey of bridging the gap into the current expression of your potential that you’re aiming for right now. 🎯
