This is an offering very close to our hearts, curated by Clare Kearney & Danielle Hachey at the Sentinel Retreat Centre outside of Kaslo, BC, October 6-9th 2023.

This intimate and luxurious 4 day-retreat, will use the potent tools of BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System (BBTRS), to support release of core tensions within the body, through conscious connected breath and somatic practices.

Somatic healing is further supported by the elements of movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression, meditation and complemented by restorative yoga sessions.

Set on the stunning Kootenay Lake, surrounded by forrest, nourished daily with 3-delicious meals, R&R in the sauna, hot tub and re-vitalize in the cold plunge or lake!!
