Soluble & insoluble fibres work to keep your digestion healthy. Fibre slows the digestion of carbohydrates, which reduces blood sugar (glucose) spikes after eating.

Vitamin C it is found only in fresh and uncooked fruit and vegetables. It is one of the least stable vitamins, and cooking can destroy much of this water-soluble Vitamin in foods.

Supplements of Vitamin C should be taken over the day and divided into multiple doses.
