What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit at Rossland Family Chiropractic is all about you — your history, your movement, and your goals for feeling and functioning better.

We’ll start with a thorough conversation about your health history, lifestyle, and the things that matter most to you — whether that’s keeping up with your kids, staying strong on the mountain, or just waking up without a stiff neck.

Next comes a detailed physical and postural assessment, including movement testing, neurological and orthopedic checks, and posture photos to help us understand how your body’s working (and what might not be).

You’ll receive a report of findings, where we go through everything together — what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how chiropractic care can help. From there, we’ll create a personalized care plan that fits your goals and schedule.

And yes — if it’s appropriate, you’ll often receive your first adjustment during that visit, too.

We take the time to make sure you understand every step, and that you leave feeling informed, cared for, and confident about your next steps toward better health.

Because great care starts with great understanding — and you deserve both.

This simple drill builds serious shoulder strength and mobility, and the benefits carry over beautifully into everything from pull-ups to muscle-ups (and even presses and snatches). Small investment, huge payoff! 💪
