My business is currently closed.
I continue to offer online exercise classes: Mon and Thurs am Stretch and Strength on Zoom by invite only and many available classes saved on Youtube. Contact me by email if you are interested in joining/having access to some online classes.

I have restarted my youtube live stream classes!!!
Every wednesday -
11:30-12:20 for "gentle stretch and strength" and
12:30-1:25 for "functional Strength"
Both are a moderate intensity full body workout that you can do at home. (gentle is a bit easier and more focus on stretching and functional is a bit harder and more focus on strength and balance)

If you missed my You Tube "Ski Fit" and "Functional Strength" classes, you're in luck! You can still access them online. Send me an email to find out how to access these videos. $40 for 5 classes in each series. More videos to come soon! Unfortunately I am unable to offer in person classes or physiotherapy services at the moment.

New online classes added to my schedule in the next month!
2 classes on Wednesday mornings:
"Functional Strength" 8:30-9:20. (a harder and more strength-oriented version of stretch and strength) and
"Gentle stretch and strength" (9:30-10:20).
Also: Ski Fit on thursdays at noon.
All classes are online on youtube and will be live streamed at the times given but the classes will continue to be accessible for 10 days after. Do them when they suit you and even more than once if you'd like.

I will be away in New Zealand with family from Nov - April 2021. I will be working on increasing my reach through online classes and workshops as well as some virtual physio if the CoVid situation continues. Stay tuned for updates and more info on this page.
