Our amazing Archstone Physiotherapists, Megan Kavanaugh and Andrea Tilly, recently visited the Rothesay Hive to speak with local seniors about staying active, managing pain, reducing edema, and living well at any age!

Welcome Kirstyn to the Archstone Team!

We’re excited to welcome Kirstyn, a dedicated registered physiotherapist, to our clinic!

Kirstyn holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology-Psychology from UNB. Her strong understanding of the mind-body connection shapes her holistic approach to care.

She brings valuable experience treating a wide range of conditions and has a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Kirstyn is also pursuing advanced training to expand her expertise to include children’s pelvic floor care.

We’re thrilled to have Kirstyn on our team and know she’ll provide exceptional care to our clients.

Looking for a little zen this summer?

Archstone will have two Yoga & Guided Relaxation classes on Sunday, July 13 and August 10 @ 11:00am.

The cost is $15 per class. Pre-registration is required. These are gentle, accommodating, and relaxing classes designed to include beginners.

Malorie is a Licensed Counselling Therapist – Candidate (LCT-C) who brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to her work. She provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and build self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.

With specialized training in perinatal mental health, Malorie is passionate about supporting mothers experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. She also offers counselling for children and teens (ages 6–18), drawing from over 12 years of experience in the education system.

Malorie uses an integrative, evidence-based approach—including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and more—to support clients navigating:
