At Youth Connect at the Y4S Hub during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, Exhale facilitated a reflection workshop titled “Mindful Tech: Disconnect to Reconnect,” led by Dimitra Asimakis.

Designed for global youth aged 15–35, the session explored the impact of digital overuse on mental wellbeing and introduced practical mindfulness and creative reflection tools. Through guided practices, participants were invited to pause, examine their relationship with technology, and reconnect with presence, clarity, and inner balance.

In a world shaped by constant connectivity, sustainability extends beyond systems and solutions — it begins with mentally well, self-aware individuals. Supporting youth to build healthier relationships with technology is an essential part of shaping resilient futures.

True sustainability starts within.

A gentle gift to the community from
Five Days to Calm Your Mind and Meet Your Spirit.

“This is a gentle 5-day journey where you explore:

✔️ How to quiet the noise of your mind (without fighting it)
✔️ How to see yourself more clearly, with less judgment and more peace
✔️ How to come back to center when life pulls you in a dozen directions
✔️ How to feel fully present in your body, anytime you choose

I hope you find a calm, loving presence through this 5-day program.

In Love, Light and Laughter,
Jeffrey Allen”

Luxury is often defined by what we can access.
But real luxury is revealed in how we care.

In this conversation with Diletta, the General Manager of Six Senses Zighy Bay, we explore a deeper understanding of hospitality one rooted in kindness, compassion, and responsibility toward all living beings.

The cat adoption program is a reflection of this philosophy in practice. Guests and community members are invited to sponsor, donate, or adopt offering care that extends beyond a stay.

And if you choose to adopt, Six Senses ensures that your cat is lovingly cared for throughout the journey, safely transported, and gently reunited with you at your home.
It’s a quiet but powerful reminder that belonging is shared
between people, animals, and the land.

When we lead with empathy, we create spaces where safety is felt. Where care becomes a form of courage. And where luxury evolves into leadership.

Santorini Sunday is an invitation to return to your breath, soften your edges, and allow your nervous system to rest.
Here, the ocean holds you. The body loosens. The mind quiets. The heart remembers what feels true.

If this year is about choosing peace, presence, and gentler beginnings…
let this be where you start.

Follow the heart. Feel the land. Arrive within.

A journey of wellness begins long before you enter the spa. With Six Senses Zighy Bay and artist Quentin Desmit, we shaped the Heart Trail; a creative wellness pathway designed to gently transition the mind and body into presence, curiosity, and emotional connection.

Every stop along the path holds a subtle invitation: pause, breathe, feel… and arrive, not only at the spa, but within yourself.

A meaningful part of our wider collaboration with Six Senses Zighy Bay, where creativity, neuroscience, and emotional wellbeing meet.

The Dance Of The Moon, Earth and Sun
We created this animation to show how the Earth, Moon, and Sun move together through space and to reveal the surprising spiral path the Moon actually traces when viewed from outside the Earth-Moon-Sun system.

At the Employee Wellbeing Conference, Nawal El Masri Exhale CEO stepped on stage to remind. In a room filled with leaders from Etihad, ADNOC Group, DP World, HSBC and other regional & international organizations, we guided a simple act of imagination inviting everyone back to day one.

Before the KPIs. Before the structures. Before the pressure to perform. And in that brief pause, something shifted. People remembered the human being beneath the role. The one they saw in their mind. The one often forgotten inside deadlines, systems, and deliverables.

Because organizations don’t burn people out.
Unacknowledged humanity does.

The question we left the room with was simple and essential:
How do we sustain the clarity and calm felt in those 30 seconds inside the systems we’ve built?

This is where Exhale stands. At the intersection of neuroscience, creative healing, and organizational culture supporting workplaces to reconnect with what truly drives performance, innovation, and belonging:

• the human nervous system
• the human story
• the human being

And when organizations learn to honor that remembering, everything changes.

Grateful to share space with organizations leading the way in re-humanizing work.

What if your longing is for our innate belonging?

Another video art animation exploring the patterns we share. This has been for some time, a creative and therapeutic practice that celebrates all the wonders of our world big, small, within and around us.

I often think that this very connection can feel like deep pain. A kind of sadness or vague longing that can feel embedded from birth. However, I sense that this is the mark of the human being. The entrance into the this physical lifetime. The pain of separation.

But what is making us feel separate? Our brains? Our bodies? What happens when we slow down. When we allow ourselves to feel. To see. To smell. To experience.

Oh boy, that’s when the fun begins again. The longing leads to love. As if that pain serves to hint to us, what we are, what we were before and where we might return. Let love wash over you. For it all exists in and around us.

Sending all my love 🤍🫂

The deepest luxury is the moment you finally let go.

This IMD Breathwork journey brought guests into a space of real emotional release a chance to let go of what has been weighing on the mind and body, and to reconnect with a sense of lightness and clarity.

The session was guided by Dimi from , whose empathetic and grounded approach created a safe environment for guests to breathe, feel, and release. Many experienced deep emotional shifts from tears to calm, from pressure to relief.

Experiences like this are chosen with intention:
to offer modalities that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful personal transformation. Each facilitator is selected for their depth, empathy, and ability to hold space with integrity.

This is wellness work that makes room for real change one breath at a time.

Who is exhale?

CALLING ALL MISFITS, DREAMERS, CREATORS & DOERS.

exhale is a clothing brand that offers comfort, quality and freedom. We want our clothes to feel like second skin – so you can feel free to exist, just as you are. No pretense, no apologies, and no compromise. exhale is for authentic people who feel at home in sneakers, jeans, a jacket and a white top.

We always use natural, hand-picked materials, sustainable and holistic production methods. We believe in fair trade, and clean artistic designs that express a deep sense of meaning. It comes from a good place; physically, mentally and emotionally.

On a deeper sense, exhale is all about a simple core message: we are all the same in the fact that we are all secretly in pain. So, be kind. Don’t forget to be you, no matter the price you have to pay. Remember to always bring yourself back to your natural-self despite the chaos of society.
