Dear Russell and Area

It’s with mixed emotions that I share with you that I’ll be leaving my practice on January 20th.

As I prepare to relocate for family reasons, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the time I’ve spent as your physician. It has been an incredible privilege to care for you and your loved ones, and I am deeply thankful for the trust you placed in me.

This next chapter is driven by the needs of my family, but please know that I leave with a heart full of gratitude and memories.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives—it has truly been an honor.

I’ll be happy to refill your medications prior to my departure to ensure you have time to find another provider and provide a smooth transition.
