Valley Edge Therapy will be closed for the month of December 2025.

The construction is now on the south end of our block but there is access to our building from the north end. You are able to still park in front of our office! Again, if you are needing assistance please call 306-434-6842 and we will be happy to assist you!

⚠️ The crosswalks are being replaced at the north end of our block at the Russell location. You will see signs that look like they are blocking off the entire block but you are still able to park in front of our building. If you are having trouble parking or are needing assistance to get to the building please call or text 306-434-6842 and we will be happy to come assist you.

It’s that time of year again… it’s harvest time! 🌾

This is going to be a long post, but I promise it is worth the read… there might even be a giveaway! 🥳

So what does that mean for Valley Edge Therapy? 🤔

It means that my clinic hours are going to be slightly adjusted. This is so I can run the grain cart to help my Dad, Mom and Brother get this year’s crop off. 🚜

❗️I will be closing my clinic most afternoons through September and October (that’s as long as the weather cooperates 🌧️).❗️

If you already have an upcoming afternoon appointment I may be in contact with you to change it. There will be instances where I will be able to honour your original appointment so don’t worry I will get ahold of you!

I have been very fortunate to be able to close my clinic in the afternoons to be apart of harvest since I opened in 2022. I owe that to all of you! Without your understanding and cooperation this would not be possible. I am extremely grateful to each and every one of you for allowing me to be a part of your rehabilitation journey and harvest with my family which are two things that I love! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! ❤️

To show my appreciation everyone that attends an appointment in September and October will have their name entered into a draw for a gift basket. 🎉

Here are a few facts about my family farm or JC Farms (for those of you who have made it this far 😉).

▪️ My brother, Jocelyn and I are the 5th generation to be working on this land. And by I, I mean I help out when I’m needed but Jocelyn is the one who will be taking over the farm from my parents.

▪️Our family farm was established in 1883 (yes, just like the Dutton Ranch from Yellowstone 😂) by my Great, Great Grandpa Benjamin when he arrived from France. I have watched my Grandpa Joe and Dad pour everything they had into keeping this farm going (does that sound like a John Dutton reference 🤣) since I could remember and it makes me so proud that my brother wants to follow in their footsteps.

▪️Some of the land that we are farming belonged to my Grandpa Decorby and Grandpa Olafson. That makes my brother and I 5th generation farmers on both sides of our family. How many family farms can say that?!
