We’re so excited to welcome Diane and Sabrina to the Russell Health Studio yoga team 🌿
Diane & Sabrina are certified YRT-200 yoga teachers and are registered with Yoga Alliance International.
Diane brings nearly 25 years of experience teaching and studying yoga. Her Gentle Flow & Stretch classes offer a slower-paced, calming practice focused on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall ease of movement. Expect gentle joint movement, soft stretching, and mindful transitions designed to reduce tension and support how your body feels day to day. Diane teaches Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1–2 PM.
Sabrina is a registered nurse with a deep connection to women’s health. She looks forward to guiding students through thoughtful, supportive yoga practices and hopes to inspire the same grounding, softness, and aliveness she has found through yoga.
Sabrina teaches Women’s Flow on Mondays from 9-10 AM, a class designed to meet women where they are across different phases of life. She also offers Prenatal Yoga on Wednesdays from 7-8 PM, a supportive, thoughtfully paced practice tailored to the changing needs of the pregnant body.
