After such an amazing turnout and overwhelmingly positive feedback from our 2025 workshop series, we’re so excited to return with all NEW topics for 2026 led by our Registered Dietitian, Tatiana Hunt!
These sessions are practical, approachable, and packed with tools you can start using right away. 💚

Understand inflammation, identify foods that contribute or reduce it, and learn simple ways to boost anti-inflammatory choices in meals and snacks.
🍃 April 14 – Gut Health Basics
Learn how to support gut health through food, build balanced meals using the plate method, and apply key nutrients through label reading.
💗 May 12 – Women’s Health (Women’s Health Month)
Nutrition for heart, bone, aging, menopause, and realistic, time-saving meal planning.
💪 June 16 – Men’s Health (Men’s Health Month)
Foundational healthy eating strategies plus nutrients that support prostate, heart, and bone health — with hands-on label reading practice.
