Russell Park Manor is primarily a life lease facility (more info at our website linked below). Life leases are paid prior to the start of your lease and in addition to monthly rent. This initial payment is refunded in full when you end your tenancy.

Life lease payments are only refunded directly to the tenant or to their estate.
