I started my own healing journey in 2011, when I studied holistic nutrition. After a couple of years, I wasn't still sure if I was getting better. My healing crisis (worse before better) was all over and having an intense emotional roller coster. I was eating clean, taking supplements to support nutritional deficiencies, and giving up on a lot of things to get my health back. But feeling like I was lost. Healing requires our "body"'s ability to regenerate new cells, "mind" to guide body what to do (gives body new incentive), and "spirit" to bring awareness. I was working on only a "body" part. Not necessarily mind was toxic but clearly had doubts and unfairness about my health. Ever since I realized that I had to connect with myself to heal me as a whole, I started to work on my energy blockages which were caused by unsolved emotional traumas. It was in 2013. I have my throat chakra opened (this was a big blockage, took me over 6 months), and still practicing my spirituality. I went through a lot of ups and downs which brought me tears, anger, and all kinds of emotions. But I swear that I am in a much better place in my life. I believe that healing myself means healing my family's unfinished business and others indirectly. And this heals the world. My job as a holistic health practitioner is to plant seeds in the field (body) that are potential for health and well-being. You are responsible to grow them but you are not alone. I am here for you to guide how to successfully grow this potential.

You might already have everything you need to start right off.

Although, I suggest you to research and get your spices and herbs from the cleanest sources you can find.

P.s. I recommend Manuka Honey for allergies.

This is the liver meridian.

So many of us are not aware of parasites (and Candida) contributing to our health challenges such as low energy (a.k.a chronic fatigue syndrome), joint pains, insomnia/sleep deprivation, and more. The symptoms could be subtle or no one even mentioned that this could be the root cause.

But first, all the microorganisms have roles in our body. They are protecing us from toxic chemicals and heavy metals. In other words, the more toxins our body needs to deal with, the bigger parastes problems would become.

And our liver is one of very important organs filtering toxins and hormones.

If we have a sluggish liver, it leads to inflammations and metabolic imbalances.

Especially, Butyrate has many functions in both the gut and the body (and the brain too!!!). It’s important for the health of our digestive system and for combating the chronic inflammation and disease prevention, including neurological conditions.

Acetate helps to keep your gut environment stable and nourishes other beneficial bacteria species in your gut.
It helps to keep the gut pH acidic enough for the beneficial microbes to thrive and survive, but deter the opportunistic ones from entering and sticking around. Acetate also works to control appetite and regulate the storage of fat.

Well, it’s was full moon 🌕 and I feel the energy has been a bit weird for the last week or so.
I’m intentionally creating space and a quiet time to sit and meditate.

In acute panic mode, slow breathing definitely helps. Sometimes just few breathings, sometimes requires 10 mins straight.

I visualize things to let go. Inhale colours to help balance my chakras.

The point is that you find your way to connect with yourself.
There’s no right way or wrong way. What feels right is your way.

So enjoy!

EGG YOLKS

Egg yolks, are both a fertility and brain food. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, K and E as well as other important nutrients like folate and selenium. Vitamins and minerals will be far higher in hens whom roam free on pasture in the sunlight, eating their natural diet of grass, worms and everything in between. Pasture fed egg yolks are richer sources of all former mentioned nutrients including omega 3 fatty acids.

CHOLINE. Egg yolks are the richest source of choline, which is a major component of our brain, and is therefore critical for brain and nervous system health. Choline is an essential nutrient found only in cholesterol rich animal foods. This nutrient is particularly important if you are wanting to conceive or are pregnant, for deficiencies are associated with poor neurological development and neural tube defects. Much like folate deficiency.

CHOLESTEROL. Egg yolks are a great source of cholesterol. Cholesterol is essential for thriving human health, all body tissues use it as a building block for cell membranes and it’s again vital for brain and nervous system function. I hope that whatever dreams you have place you in a position to
dig deep into your soul in order to bring out the very best in you and I hope this spurs you toward ultimately achieving your dream.

In order to reach your fullest potential at anything, you need to be excited about what you are doing and where you are going.

The majority of the world gets up day in and day out as they go to work doing something they really don’t want to do or enjoy.

Are you one of the fortunate few who jump out of bed with excitement to start your day looking forward to all the opportunities that will knock on your door?
Or, are you one of the masses of people who fall out of bed and begrudgingly live a life of quiet desperation?

Are you doing what you are doing because you believe it is the best you can do with your skills or are you performing just to please your significant other, a parent, a loved one, a friend, or your boss?

You must be careful if you are living your life to please someone else. You must be even more
careful if you don't know where you're going. You just might end up where someone else wants you to be and not where you want to be.

One of the saddest statistics shows that a large majority of all human beings get up every day and perform their daily tasks only to please someone else or for someone else’s emotional approval. How sad it is to live a life through someone else’s control? How terrible it is to get up in the morning only with the motivation to please someone else? Are you living that life right now?

If you are, what are you going to do about it?

To free us from the expectations of others and to discover who we truly are, to reclaim our identity and give us back to us, is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves.
