As awareness of mental health continues to grow, so does the importance of ensuring the public has increased access to safe, ethical, and competent counselling services.

The Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA) is proud to work in partnership with the Government of Alberta toward the regulation of counselling therapy—strengthening public protection, professional accountability, stability, and confidence in mental health care.
