Some home care during the holidays!

The holiday season is packed with parties to attend, cooking to be done, and house decorating! All of this can impact your feet, and you may not be wearing the best footwear. Here's how to relieve the pressure!

First, grab a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or massage ball. Sit down and place your bare or socked foot on the ball. Roll back and forth from heel to toe with a comfortable pressure. Work out any tender knots by rolling in small circles.
