3Here are 3 of my favorite things that I use in my healing sessions!

1) Valor Essential Oil Blend- made by Young Living Canada- great for overall balance, grounding, spinal alignment. It has frankincense, black spruce, blue tansy, and geranium.

2) Earth Blend Essential Oil- made by Valley Mystic Soap Co. in Kelowna, B.C.- perfect for the diffuser! Smells so lovely! It has patchouli and lavender and is the one oil that all of my clients seem to comment on when they walk in the room!

3) Hagina Foot Care Balm- available at Massage Therapy Supply Outlet in Edmonton- the only one I ever use! Has a mild peppermint scent!

Just an update- my office will be closed for bookings from May 9th to May 31st, due to the new Covid restrictions as set out by the Alberta government. I look forward to seeing everyone again, starting on June 1st!

Re-Opening June 23rd!

I am excited to inform you that I will once again be taking appointments, beginning June 23rd! Also, I have found a lovely new location in a peaceful setting along the riverbank, that I am sure you will love as much as I do! Feel free to book online, or contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking. In order to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, I will be providing hand sanitizer to be used prior to your session, as well as implementing the use of a mask during treatments, and making sure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned in between appointments.
