Coach Jesse has been with KidStrong for just over a year, starting in Sherwood Park prior to St. Albert's opening. He is our second Level 1 Coach in St. Albert and still prides himself at being our youngest in location. He is one incredible Coach and we are so proud of him💚💙💚💙💚💙

This week at KidStrong we’re tackling a critical life skill. Kids are learning to make decisions, communicate clearly and practice independence by ordering their own food. 🍔 🍎🍜

This isn’t just about sitting down at a restaurant and making a decision—it’s about:
🍴 The cognitive exercise of reading a menu, planning and communicating with others.
🧘 The social-emotional growth that comes with using manners and practicing patience.
