Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) can be absolutely life-changing, and it’s also a wonderful opportunity to learn how to teach yoga to all levels of students, how to deepen your own journey to the self through the self, how to cue postures, how to lead others in breath, how to guide through the chakras, how to apply yoga philosophy to practice, and how to have a career as a yoga teacher in the industry!

Over the years we have had many groups of YTT200 students from all abilities and all ages if you can believe it.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PERFECT AT YOGA IN ORDER TO BE A YOGA TEACHER!!

We’ve had students with double hip replacements, students who have driven in from out of town to attend, students still in high school, retired students who wanted to embrace the next chapter of their lives, and even senior students who just wanted to learn something fun for themselves in their twilight years.

It’s gaining an understanding of an ancient practice applied to modern science, human anatomy, feminist mindset, and an openhearted approach to the healing benefits of movement and mindfulness.

Getting your YTT200 certification means you can be hired to teach yoga in:

Here's what to expect when you visit * low fares * big sales on the solstices and equinoxes! * beautiful cork floor * colourful saris in all the windows * change rooms * the original room is the hot and sunny SUN room, big mirror, lots of energy and colour, and holds 40 souls *a second studio the MOON room has a mirror, cooler zen vibes, does room temperature or warm classes, and has room for 18 souls * the STARLIGHT Room holds 21, and is great for restorative or quieter classes as it’s down the hall and away from the happy noisy lobby * a comfy, cozy, happy little lounge to connect, sit and read, hungry hearts to find nourishment, tea, coffee and fresh fruit flavoured water before and after class, chat, and socialize at any time of day or evening. Come just connect with us! * many hugs and laughs and good karma and kindness. * Please help whomever is at the desk computer with your deeply appreciated patience. We have no phone number, to keep things quiet in the studio. If you are needing to speak with someone please come 15 mins prior to a scheduled class or 10 to 15 mins after a class.
