We have some big news:
pivot yoga returns to St. Stephen Feb. 14 with a new Saturday morning yoga practice!!
That's right - weekly morning yoga AND we will practice in the Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness yoga studio on Milltown Blvd. So that means props, ambience and joy!! Oh my!
Starting on Feb. 14, we will offer a weekly YANG-YIN practice - 75 minutes + of stretchy bliss and movement that nourishes.
We have 4 spots left for this holistic class designed to unwind from your week and settle your nervous system.
