Does going out to studio feel like too much effort?

Weather challenges, traffic and parking can be a real motivation killer. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could just roll out of bed and bring your coffee to a yoga class? Well, you can do just that Saturday mornings on Zoom. And the best part is, classes are PWYC.

This stunning slide show created courtesy of an IPhone memory, is of the last Suspension Yoga teacher training in India before Covid brought the world to a halt.
So much has happened since that surreal period. The Flying Yogi studio in Toronto closed and reappeared as a retreat centre in Merida Mexico and, now the spirit of Suspension Yoga is reemerging in New Brunswick.
None of this was planned, it evolved moment by moment, breath by breath in response to a rapidly changing world.
And the journey continues. Stay tuned for a new training planned for Summer 2026.
Embrace the new, fear not, the Universe always has a new trick up its sleeve. 😊❤️
