Your body responds to what you do for it, not what you do to it. Strength, movement, and recovery aren’t just trends, they’re investments in how you feel today and decades from now.

At Bodylab Recovery Science, we help Niagara athletes, active adults, and busy professionals make choices that keep them moving, performing, and living without limits.

Feeding shouldn’t hurt you or your baby. If it does, that’s often a sign something isn’t right, and tongue tie is sometimes the missing piece.

Struggling feeds, discomfort, reflux, gas, or colic aren’t things you just have to push through. Even difficulty with tummy time around the three month mark can be connected. Your baby should be able to move their head freely and feed comfortably.

As Niagara’s only paediatric physiotherapist specializing in tongue tie and neuro conditions, I help families get to the root cause and support safe, effective solutions so feeding and play feel easier.

When it comes to back pain, movement is often part of the solution. Guided, intentional movement helps restore mobility, reduce stiffness, and retrain the muscles that support your spine. Rest alone can feel helpful short term, but it often slows real recovery.

At Bodylab Recovery Science in St. Catharines, our physiotherapists and chiropractors create personalized movement and recovery plans that address the root cause of pain so you can move with confidence again.

Don’t just manage symptoms. Restore how your body moves.

My Story

Dr. Sarah Hopkins BscKIN (HON) D. Acu RMT DC

Dr. Hopkins has a different approach to chiropractic. She analyzes movement in order to depict how you can move better, and function optimally. She ensures each patient has adequate time to treat all muscle, joints, and connective tissue needed to regain proper function. She wants everyone to perform at their best whether they are a world class athlete, or world's best mom. Dr. Hopkins graduated from Dalhousie University with honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology. She then continued her education with a doctorate at the only chiropractic college in Canada, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated with Clinic honours. Dr. Hopkins then continued her education at the Ontario College of Health and Technology completing the Registered Massage Therapy program.

Dr. Hopkins has been a competitive athlete for most of her life. She now competes in triathlon, her most recent competition was the ITU Wold Championship in Rotterdam where she came 2 in Canada and 20th in the World.
