I want to share this because I see and hear so much from patients and families in our community.

Since my office is located inside the hospital, people often stop to talk. They share their worries, their frustrations, their disappointment, and their stories. Many feel overwhelmed. Many feel unheard. Many are simply asking for better care for themselves or someone they love.

That is why this St. Catharines Town Hall Meeting matters.

This is not just another meeting. This is an opportunity for our community to come together, speak up, and push for better hospital services. Better care. Better communication. Better support for patients and families.

🌟Dedicated to Making a Difference – Meet Christine🌟

Christine Levesque has been a Personal Support Worker for 13 years. “I was inspired to become a PSW after helping my 4yr old son battle leukaemia at Mc Master. Seeing the way the Nurses there impacted our lives, influenced me to help others when they are going through difficult times.”

She loves meeting families, learning their backgrounds, and providing client-focused care tailored to each individual. Christine is also committed to continuous learning, always taking courses to keep her skills current.

Coming from a French-Italian background, Christine enjoys spending her free time with family. Together, they love outings, gardening, crafts, camping, fishing, and caring for the chickens they started raising as a hobby during COVID.

Christine’s story reminds us that care isn’t just a job—it’s a calling💙
