How We Can Help You? The Family Counselling Centre has been offering quality counselling services to individuals, couples and families in the Niagara Region since 1964. In addition to counselling services we offer a variety of special groups and programs designed to address specific issues and concerns. If you live or work in the Niagara region and are looking for individual or group therapy or developmental services, we are here to help.
The FCC is able to offer professional counselling on a first-come, first serve basis. Appointments are not scheduled. Individuals can drop-in and seek the immediate support and assistance of a qualified professional. Immediate support is available to individuals experiencing a concern, a personal crisis, and/or seeking information about specific services in the community. Individuals may want to discuss marital, relationship or a range of other issues. This free Walk-In Counselling program is made available through United Way funding. Clinic Hours: Every Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm First appointment 3:15 pm, last appointment 5:30 pm Located at Heart Niagara – 4635B Queen Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario
