Healing After Heartbreak.

This Friday, November 21, we invite our community to come together for “Healing After Heartbreak,” a grief circle created to honour and remember those we’ve lost to addiction.

Held at the Niagara Region Native Centre, this gathering offers a safe, supportive space to share stories, find connection, and take meaningful steps toward healing — together.

Whether you’re grieving a loved one, supporting someone who is, or simply want to stand in solidarity, you are welcome.

This November, Welland Centennial Secondary School joined the movement and took part in our “I’m Wearing Plaid For…” activation, showing their support for Project Plaid and celebrating mental health awareness.
