New therapy being offered!

If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that talk therapy hasn’t quite shifted, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) may offer a different path. DBR works gently and precisely with the brainstem, the part of the nervous system where shock, attachment injury, and trauma responses are first organized. Rather than retelling your story, we slow down and track the subtle, early signals in the body that hold survival responses in place.

Clients often report a deep settling of anxiety, reduced reactivity, and a greater sense of internal safety and clarity. It’s not about reliving trauma, it’s about helping your nervous system finally complete what it couldn’t at the time.

Congratulations to Gajany on our team! After two years of ongoing training, mentorship, client dedication and clinical supervision Gajany has dropped the “Qualifying” from her CRPO status! 🎉 🥳 Read more about Gajany below. She is offering therapy in person in St Catharines, Niagara Falls and Welland as well as virtual! Gajany supports children, youth and adults!

Gajany is a Registered Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, Gajany takes an eclectic approach as she believes that everyone has unique experiences that require a tailored therapeutic approach specific to their needs. Some modalities she incorporates into her practice include CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapies. She is also trained in and utilizes EMDR and IFS for individuals seeking trauma processing or inner child work.

With a strong commitment to a client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive framework, Gajany ensures that each therapeutic experience is personalized, inclusive and empowering. She hopes that this approach allows clients to feel heard, understood and supported in navigating life’s complexities, while fostering resilience, communication, and connection. Gajany’s work also emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences, process trauma, and develop tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion. Gajany believes that therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you untangle what’s weighing you down so you can feel more at ease, more whole, and more you.

Meet the wonderful and compassionate Tsarina! Tsarina is a Masters of Counselling Psychotherapy student offering FREE and low cost psychotherapy. Read more about her below 🥰

“I spent the past eight years working alongside individuals experiencing homelessness. Throughout this time, I have supported people navigating aging, substance use, complex mental health concerns, family and relationship breakdowns, and significant life transitions. My work has allowed me to engage with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, including those who identify as 2SLGBTQ+. I bring extensive experience in crisis intervention and crisis management, and I approach my work from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and trauma-informed framework. I am deeply aware that each person’s experiences are unique, and that life events shape who we were, who we are, and who we are becoming.
In my work with clients, my primary goal is to create a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Navigating complex social systems in Canada can be overwhelming and, at times, deeply unjust. Having witnessed this firsthand, I bring both practical knowledge and compassionate awareness into the therapeutic space, honouring the impact these systems have on my clients’ lives.”
