You don't like really smoke them!! You burn it. However I make mugwort tea to intensify the effect. Bay leaves are missing from this list. It helps with memory and focus

Rose Oil is good for the skin! It helps hydrate and if you are worried about wrinkles it's all around great for that!! It's simple to make but before you do please use roses that haven't been sprayed with pesticide.
