I am so grateful for the network of practitioners I get to work alongside.
Therapists, physios, chiropractors, naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, trainers, massage and coaches — every one of them plays such an important role in the healing journey.
What I love most is that we’re not working against each other.
We’re working together to create the conditions the body needs to heal.

My role is often to support the foundation:
• tissue + voltage
• nervous system regulation
• frequency + environment
• current stress + perception

Because healing is never just about the protocol.
It’s about the state of the body receiving it.

When tissue is low voltage, the nervous system is stuck in protection, the environment is dysregulating, and life stress is high… the body will always prioritize survival over repair.
This is why collaboration matters.
Therapy lands differently in a regulated nervous system.
Protocols & supplements respond differently in balanced tissue.
Rehab progresses differently when the body feels safe.
Healing looks different when the foundation is addressed.

You’re healing in a system.
The body is bioelectrical.
Repair, regeneration, signaling — it all depends on voltage.
So when someone comes in with an injury, or chronic symptoms I’m looking at what’s lowering their capacity to heal:
1. Physical trauma + scar tissue
Injury disrupts the body’s electrical communication.
If that doesn’t normalize, healing slows.
2. Past emotional trauma / subconscious patterns
The nervous system will keep running old loops.
If the body feels unsafe, it doesn’t prioritize repair.
3. Environmental interference
Artificial light, lack of natural light, constant stimulation, EMFs…
This changes how the body processes information.
4. Present day stress (life, family, work)
Your brain doesn’t know the difference between a real threat and a perceived one.
It shifts your physiology the same way.
Less energy for repair.
More time in inflammation.
Slower recovery.
This is why healing timelines are so different.
It’s not just the injury.
It’s the state of the system healing it.

Don’t get me wrong I like margaritas, but when you understand that everything is frequency and your body is electrical you start doing the math 🤔

There is something incredibly powerful about the physics of the ocean. The negative ions from the waves and the conductive surface of the wet sand are the best medicine I’ve found yet. 🧪☀️

This obsession with cellular health is exactly why I built my PEMF, Red Light and whole body vibration studio.

I really wanted to take my time with this post.
There’s so much confusion about the nervous system, and it’s too important to oversimplify.
Your body is not random.
It is not dramatic.
It is not failing.
It is adapting to what it perceives.
Perception drives state.
State shapes thought.
Repeated state shapes biology.

Before we label everything anxiety, burnout, hormonal issues, gut problems, or skin flare-ups…

I don’t come on social media too much anymore but when I see the abundance of PEMF, Red Light therapy and whole body vibration on here it makes me smile.
Never back down. Trust your intelligence and your gut.

I was questioned, I was accused of selling bu****it, even people claimed I was causing C #%er. Now I help people heal themselves from that. I have orthopaedic surgeons referring to me! Brock baseball player .somerville hurt himself with a grade 2 hamstring tear at the beginning of his season!

I had a gentleman come in yesterday to buy a red light package for his wife’s birthday present! He was funny! He said and I quote “ my wife believes in all the stuff! Not sure if I do!” Hahaha well sir… here was my response 👇👇

Do you understand the human body needs and absorb light frequencies from the sun and it has a powerful impact on our cells and bodily functions. Cells contain special molecules, like chromophores and photoreceptors, that absorb photons from specific wavelengths of light, such as red and near-infrared. This photon absorption triggers a quantum effect, allowing energy to transfer within the cell.

In mitochondria, this light absorption increases electron transport, which is key to producing ATP, the cell’s energy source. By “fueling” the mitochondria, light enhances energy production, supporting cellular repair and reducing oxidative stress and inflammation.
