We've been hatching this one for awhile and it's going to be packed full of exercises specifically designed to improve your golf game. So fun!

Some further deets:
-Classes are limited to 5
-Exercises will be a combination of mat and equipment

We had a really fun afternoon together bowling on Sunday to celebrate Doug's graduation from Pilates teacher training. It was so nice that Doug's family came including his 2 grandkids!

And WOW! A HUGE THANKS to everyone for your generosity- we raised $650 for Gillian's Place!!!

Spreading some Christmas Cheer this year in the studio🌲❀️

Now accepting donations for new unwrapped toys, books, baby essentials, gift cards, teen items in our box for Every Mothers Village Niagara. I love this initiative and the work they are doing to help mothers in our community.

Donations accepted until December 15th.

If your knees hold you back from exercising more, this is the class for you.

In this class we will focus on good knee mechanics and exercises specifically designed to strengthen and support your knees.

No Pilates experience required

$99 for 4 weeks
Class limited to 5
Thursdays @11:30am

Named by my clients, the Turtle/Titanic is fantastic for opening the front of the body and for spinal mobility. It's a bit awkward getting into the position the first time but it feels so fantastic once you move. An important piece of the Pilates puzzle is learning how to move your spine with control and flow. If you can't move your spine well, then you are more limited in what you can do to strengthen yourself.

*NEW* Intro to Reformer 6 week class starting on September 15th, Mondays at 6:25pm.

Our clients report the following benefits:
- I can get up off the sofa/ bend to tie my shoes without any stiffness anymore
- I feel strong enough to try my favorite sport again
- I have no more pain anymore/ I've cut back significantly on my pain medication

Like anything, it takes time to see results but the results are fantastic. Pilates is an exercise format that is different from your usual gym/bootcamp... You exercise with intention. You develop strength all over your body while stretching it out at the same time.

Classes limited to 5.
