If your knees hold you back from exercising more, this is the class for you.

In this class we will focus on good knee mechanics and exercises specifically designed to strengthen and support your knees.

No Pilates experience required

$99 for 4 weeks
Class limited to 5
Thursdays @11:30am
Starts Nov 13th

Named by my clients, the Turtle/Titanic is fantastic for opening the front of the body and for spinal mobility. It's a bit awkward getting into the position the first time but it feels so fantastic once you move. An important piece of the Pilates puzzle is learning how to move your spine with control and flow. If you can't move your spine well, then you are more limited in what you can do to strengthen yourself.

*NEW* Intro to Reformer 6 week class starting on September 15th, Mondays at 6:25pm.

Like anything, it takes time to see results but the results are fantastic. Pilates is an exercise format that is different from your usual gym/bootcamp... You exercise with intention. You develop strength all over your body while stretching it out at the same time.
