Between Mothers Empowering women to achieve the best pregnancy and birth experience possible Seeing women evolve from being fearful and uncertain to confident and empowered.

Knowing they can face the challenge of labour with the tools I have taught them warms my heart. I have always been fascinated with the pregnant woman’s body, and to combine that with my passion for yoga makes it a perfect union. Women need to feel supported during this vulnerable time. My clients benefit from being part of our community as well as from my experience as a nurse, doula, massage therapist, yoga instructor, mother, and woman. They learn how to support their body through the common discomforts of pregnancy through yoga and education and learn tools to help with labour and delivery as well as gain access to education and other resources. My unique prenatal yoga program constantly evolves from the tools I see women using birth after birth, and from the exceptional birth stories they share with me. Namaste: the light in me honours the light in you AND the light growing within you!

Happy New Year!
Another year has passed- 2025 was a good year for us not too much excitement, pretty easy which is A-OK 👌🏽 with us! Between Mothers had a wonderful year! Some firsts-one ball class was so full I had to turn a couple Mamas away ( I felt bad but full at the same time), you could say we’re international, one expectant Mama is actually from the US, we hosted Life with Baby an organization that supports new mothers, and a very special day where my life long bestie got come to class and witness the magic!!
I am truly grateful for all of my beautiful bumps, mamas and babies that come thru the door, you aren’t just clients you are my heart and soul! You fill my cup - I can’t call it work when its my passion!!
I am more about resetting than setting goals, . Hitting the reset button so I can be a better teacher, leader, and wise Mother!!
So 2026 I’m ready for ya!!
