HIRING: Virtual Assistant for growing Medical Aesthetics Clinic (Admin + Marketing Support | Go High Level Required)
I’m the owner/operator of a growing, premium Medical Aesthetics Clinic and I’m looking to bring on a contract Virtual Assistant to help offload some admin and marketing-related tasks so I can focus more on client care and growth.
This role will start with operational and marketing support and has the opportunity to grow into lead follow-up and sales call support over time for the right person.
Hours:
• 20 hours per week to start
• Potential to increase to full-time
• Some overlap with Canada - Eastern Standard Time preferred
Core Responsibilities:
• Inbox and DM triage (email, CRM, social messages)
• CRM management, tagging, and workflows
• Go High Level setup and maintenance (required)
• Emails, Funnels, and Social Media creative drafts and automations set-ups
• Organizing Google Drive and SOPs
• Canva content and template development using Brand kit, as well as edits using existing templates
• Posting pre-written content and captions
• Blogging SEO (preferred)
• Basic reporting and follow-up tracking
Future Growth (not required initially):
• Lead follow-up and qualification
• Booking and rescheduling calls
• Eventually assisting with sales/qualification calls
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English (required)
• Experience with Go High Level (required)
•Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients
• Able to follow SOPs exactly and ask clarifying questions
• Calm, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
Nice to have:
• Medical Aesthetics/Med spa, healthcare, or coaching industry experience
• AestheticsPro email or SMS automation experience
Compensation:
• Contract role
• $7/hour to start, with opportunity for increase as responsibilities grow
• Paid weekly via Wise
• Paid trial period required
