Pole walking program has started and will run on Fridays for the next 10 weeks instead of the seated program on Fridays (seated program will continue on Thursday and toga on Monday)

Pet cuddles this week were over the top. We had Sadie and the girls on Monday and the Humane Society of Greater Niagara brought in 2 sweet baby Chihuahuas which almost didn’t make it back out.. Look at the cuteness here!
