EDify is excited to offer our Social Thinking & Me group (for children aged 9–13) a fun, supportive program that helps kids build skills like:
Understanding social cues, Managing big feelings, Flexible thinking, Building friendships, Confidence in social situations

📅 Dates: Feb 26 – May 14, 2026
🕔 Time: Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: 359 Carlton St. (unit #206) St. Catharines

✨ The first run of this program is being offered completely FREE
(That’s a $550 value!)

Spots are very limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged. This group is a great fit for children who may struggle with social skills, emotional regulation, peer relationships, or confidence in group settings.

🧠✨ Mindfulness for Kids (Ages 6–12) ✨🧠
Now enrolling for January 2026

Looking for a supportive, engaging way to help your child build emotional awareness, focus, and confidence?

Our 6-week Mindfulness for Kids program is designed for children who may experience big emotions, anxiety, ADHD, learning differences, or challenges with emotional regulation. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, children will learn practical tools they can use at home and at school.

🌸 What children will gain:
• Guided breathing & mindfulness activities
• Emotion-regulation tools and games
• Weekly take-home practices
• Parent resources
• A mindfulness journal to keep at the end of the program
