What’s next? I ask myself that a lot. How has COVID effected you and your maker-business? What about your job? Income? Economists are saying that this season has and will equate to a 19 year recovery set-back. 🧐 Are we looking at this as a bad or good thing? Have we needed a humble kick in the consumer stomach? Summer time! 🥰 I’m taking lots of intuitive breaks away from social media and it’s been wonderful! Highly recommend. We’ve really been enjoying watching our garden grow, my kids grow and I returned back to work recently. Mixed feelings, but I’m thankful for work. I also had my 38th birthday! Happy birthday to me. We’ve been doing some custom bridal work and wholesale orders here and there throughout the summer, but it has been such an enjoyable season… Minus the heat here and southern Ontario 🥵🇨🇦

Peaceful birthday parties at yoga studios. My kind of celebration! These kind little gals are experiencing a new way of quiet and calm celebration of their beautiful friend Evelyn. Our bodies cells are calling out for restorative stretching and peaceful pausing right now. What a gift they all got. 🧘🏼‍♀️What a beautiful way to celebrate. Each made a meaningful bracelet, applied spearmint and magnolia to their bracelets and then did a quiet breathing meditation. Sign me UP for this kind of a birthday! @ Zen House Yoga Studio

Healthy eating habits are a life long gift we can give our kids. It starts with us. When I offer my 3 kids a variety of colourful, plant based options, I’ve never had them turn it down. I’m thankful that their daddy has always set a positive example of how “vegetable power” can keep our bodies healthy. Happy Family Day weekend! Get some colourful inspiration from your local farmers market, have a fruit/veg feast, and enjoy one another! ❤️🍊🍌🥑
