Didn’t even start my push-up challenge until after nine tonight life is busy. I was not in a great mood and decided just to get it done …
I finished and I feel so good now my mood is better. I’m nice and pink and sweaty, but I feel good and energized (and I don’t wanna throw out my cheese anymore that I have been working on. )
It’s really cool What exercise can do for your body and your mood and everything in between and even when you really don’t feel like it sometimes that’s the best time to do it.
