Intuition vs. Fear: How to Tell the Difference 🔮✨

Here's the truth that changed my life: intuition and fear feel VERY different, but they can sound similar in your head.

Fear whispers: "Don't do this, something bad will happen."
Intuition whispers: "This doesn't feel right for you right now."

The key difference? ENERGY.

Fear contracts. It tightens your chest, makes you anxious, and feels urgent. It's protective but often limiting. Fear says "NO" with urgency and panic.

Intuition expands. It feels calm, clear, and knowing—even if the message is "not yet." Intuition says "no" with peace and clarity.

Here's how to practice:
🔮 Notice your body. Does it tighten (fear) or relax (intuition)?
🔮 Notice your breath. Does it get shallow (fear) or stay steady (intuition)?
🔮 Notice the tone. Is it panicked (fear) or peaceful (intuition)?

When you learn this distinction, you'll never confuse them again. And that's when your intuition becomes your most powerful guide.

My Story

I remember a time when I was getting ill on a regular basis. I was suffering from anxiety, heart palpitations and was feeling really lost, at times feeling almost as though I was going crazy.

I found myself at the door of a psychic, hoping to figure out a little bit more about what was going on with me. As she commenced with my reading, I started to learn that I was an empath and the feelings and emotions that I was picking up, even the pain I was picking up in my body, was coming from the fact that I was an empath, an intuitive, who just didn’t understand what was going on, nor did I have the ability to control what I was experiencing.

I mentored under her for a few years and learned to develop and grow my skills. I continued reading, taking courses and learning everything that I could.

I remember another psychic who told me back when I was in my teens, that I would be doing this work. At the time, I didn’t believe her and I just laughed it off.
