Jacqueline is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate who offers therapy for adults (18+) with a compassionate, body-centered approach. She supports clients in reconnecting with themselves through somatic counselling and walk-and-talk therapy.

With somatic counselling, Jacqueline helps clients explore how emotions and life experiences are stored in the body, fostering mind-body connection, grounding, and emotional regulation. This integrative approach can be especially supportive for those navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress.

For clients who find movement and nature healing, Jacqueline also offers walk-and-talk therapy along some of our region’s most scenic trails, creating space for reflection, conversation, and calm.

$1 trillion dollars may be an incredibly large, impersonal number. What it does emphasize is the sizeable impact that mental health issues is having on a global scale. That in turn gives us a sense of how many are inflicted by mental health issues and to realize that now, more than ever, is the time to destigmatize mental illness and do everything we can to support those who need professional help and support.
