As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, I help clients as unique individuals in their journey toward healthy habits in understanding emotions from a holistic perspective by looking at the whole person - spirit, soul and body providing knowledge and support in emotional eating, cravings, stress management, and direction on incorporating self-help tools for everyday use. I adapt both modalities to provide clients with a custom-made approach in working on their specific issues. EFT is useful for any issue that may have an emotional or energetic root cause or contributor, false beliefs formed from childhood, physical pain, the dis-ease of any kind, relationship issues, addictions or fears. I love to learn and expand my knowledge, spend time with family and in nature - enjoying the sights, smells and beauty all around me. I feel grateful and consider it a privilege to serve others with openness, honesty, integrity and create a safe environment for clients to share and experience EFT benefits.

Connections with People
Sometimes the people who come into our lives arrive at the exact moment we need them to remind us of who we are, to support us through a hard season, or to guide us toward our next chapter. And sometimes we’re the ones meant to bring light, comfort, or clarity to someone else.

I’ve learned that none of these meetings is random. Every connection carries purpose, healing, and a quiet invitation to grow, whether through love, challenge, reflection, or grace.

Here’s to the people who shift something inside us — and the ones whose lives we’re meant to touch in return.

Why You Yawn - It’s Actually a Good Thing 🥱
Have you ever noticed yourself yawning during Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Picture Tapping? It’s not boredom — it’s your nervous system doing exactly what it’s designed to do.

Yawning is one of the body’s natural mechanisms for regulating temperature. When emotional intensity rises, the brain can heat up from increased neural activity. A yawn brings in cooler air, helping regulate temperature and slowing excessive nervous system activity.

✅ This shift often signals that something inside is processing, and releasing.

In my EFT and Picture Tapping sessions, yawning is a common sign that the body is moving out of stress and into balance — a gentle “reset” as the system unwinds old emotional or energetic patterns.

So the next time you catch yourself yawning during a session, smile. Your body is doing the beautiful work of processing, calming, and releasing.

What Does Embodiment Really Mean? ✨

So many of us move through life disconnected from our own bodies—numb, overwhelmed, or simply trying to get through the day. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “not even in yourself,” you’re not alone. Embodiment is the pathway back.

Embodiment is simply the practice of coming home to yourself—into your breath, your sensations, your emotions, and your inner truth. It’s the opposite of living on autopilot. When embodied, you’re actually in your life: present, aware, and connected.

For those who have spent years caring for everyone else, abandoning their own needs, or disconnecting to survive, embodiment can feel like remembering something you forgot you ever had.

When we live from the neck up, life feels flat or chaotic. But when we gently return to our bodies, we reconnect with our vitality, our wisdom, and our natural ability to heal. This is why embodiment is such a powerful part of living a vibrant, healthy, and whole life.

Life Goes on After Divorce ✨💛

The time came to take action after dealing with the pain of ending a relationship and to learn from my experiences - forgive, heal, and move on.

After the emotional chaos, I could see my life and my choices clearly—not through blame, but through growth, inner healing and awareness.

I wasn’t living the true essence of who I really was. I dealt with my own wounds and negative beliefs about myself.

When I finally recognized my own value, everything shifted. I stopped settling, and I set boundaries. Ending a relationship was the most loving thing I did for myself.

The heart that once gave endlessly now gives wisely. I’ve found my way back to my true self.

Even though I had resources as an EFT/PTT practitioner, I had other wonderful people who were instrumental in my healing journey. It’s important to have connection with people you trust and feel safe with.
