As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, I help clients as unique individuals in their journey toward healthy habits in understanding emotions from a holistic perspective by looking at the whole person - spirit, soul and body providing knowledge and support in emotional eating, cravings, stress management, and direction on incorporating self-help tools for everyday use. I adapt both modalities to provide clients with a custom-made approach in working on their specific issues. EFT is useful for any issue that may have an emotional or energetic root cause or contributor, false beliefs formed from childhood, physical pain, the dis-ease of any kind, relationship issues, addictions or fears. I love to learn and expand my knowledge, spend time with family and in nature - enjoying the sights, smells and beauty all around me. If this season feels heavy, tender, or quietly overwhelming, please know this — it’s okay to be where you’re at. Some seasons aren’t meant for pushing or fixing. They’re invitations to slow, to soften, and to listen.

☑️ It’s okay if your nervous system needs more rest.
☑️ It’s okay if joy feels subtle instead of loud.
☑️ It’s okay if all you can do today is breathe and be kind to yourself.
