If you’ve never thought about your birth story before, I invite you to consider it as one of the earliest patterns you may carry in your life.
Sometimes the way we meet pressure, change, or uncertainty has roots much earlier than we realize. Learning about your mother’s pregnancy, your birth, and those first weeks/months of life can offer surprising insight into how you respond to stress, connection, and transition.
Some people notice that when life feels intense, it can feel like something is ending or falling apart — but at times it may also be a kind of inner “birthing,” where old patterns are being seen and something new is trying to emerge.
If this resonates and you feel your birth story may be connected to areas where you feel stuck or struggling, it’s something we can gently explore together.
If you’re curious to learn more, you can also explore the work of Stanislav Grof, who wrote about these themes, or watch the documentary In Utero, which offers a powerful look at early development and how our earliest experiences can shape us.
