I can't believe over a year has passed since I made the scarey decision to leave the place where I started my career, and team up with an RMT and friend that I respect and look up to so much. Melissa Daley

It was one of the toughest choices I've had to make in my life. I knew it was a risk; I knew that there would be people I would miss seeing everyday terribly; I felt guilty about leaving my incredible employers of 7 years... not to mention the fear of leaving a comfort zone and starting something completly new!!

Im still learning everyday... but, I could not be happier about my decision and am so humbled by the encouragement and support from all my friends, family, clients, coworkers and employers.

Thank you to all who have impacted my career/life! Looking forward to seeing what the future brings!

Laying face-down on a pregnancy table causes extra curve on your lumbar spine, creating more strain on your back!

Laying on your side, supported by my cloud of pillows will keep everything in aligne taking that strain off your lower back muscles!!
