We have a variety of counselling services for youth and adolescents!!!

Licensed Clinicians - we have several licensed clinicians with general and specialized training for working with youth and their families. We are equipped to walk with youth through concerns like ADHD, autism and AuDHD, trauma, and more.

Graduate Intern Counsellors - our graduate intern counsellors are supported by a supervisor and help make counselling and therapy more accessible to youth and their families. Ready to walk with you and help with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, even neurodiversity.

Whatever your needs are, we are here to help you with tools and skills that help you flourish

Yesterday, Tricia was honoured to receive the Business Crime Prevention Award from CPANB - APCNB. We were nominated for our work with youth within the Saint John and surrounding area over the past couple of years.

This was not the result of one person's work though - Many thanks to Danielle Lee, who heard an idea and wanted in, and to the many graduate students who gave their time and knowledge to serving the youth of our community and continue serving through changes.

We are committed to continue serving in ways the benefit our community and continue to increase accessibility of services.

Did you know we offer support for people and families with pets? Our licensed clinicians off both expertise and lived experiences for events and circumstances surrounding our pets than can cause us to struggle.

You do not need to struggle alone. We understand on a level that doesn't always need words and explanation, and we can offer tools and skills to navigate the difficulties that result from loss and/or major changes in you beloved pet's life. January's open mic and movie night is happening on January 20th at Haven Music Hall!

We are partnering again with Four Lights Psychotherapy and Chroma NB for this showing of Supernova - starring Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci.

Prior to the movie, there will be an open mic rom 5-7pm. Movie will start at 7pm

We have made some changes to our Youth Outreach!! After some careful consideration, we are incorporating our outreach services into our new space and now including virtual options in an effort to reduce barriers to accessing mental healthcare for the youth in the Saint John and surrounding area.

Our change in location offers confidential services in a welcoming space where family members are welcomed to wait onsite. Younger children (2-9 years) do require their adult to be with them while they wait.
