January's open mic and movie night is happening on January 20th at Haven Music Hall!

We are partnering again with Four Lights Psychotherapy and Chroma NB for this showing of Supernova - starring Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci.

Prior to the movie, there will be an open mic rom 5-7pm. Movie will start at 7pm

We have made some changes to our Youth Outreach!! After some careful consideration, we are incorporating our outreach services into our new space and now including virtual options in an effort to reduce barriers to accessing mental healthcare for the youth in the Saint John and surrounding area.

Our change in location offers confidential services in a welcoming space where family members are welcomed to wait onsite. Younger children (2-9 years) do require their adult to be with them while they wait.

Meet our graduate interns!
Alongside our licensed clinicians, we have an impeccable group of graduate students who make up the heart of our low-cost counselling program and our free youth counselling program. To say it has been an honour to be a small part of their growth as their supervisor doesn't cover the gratitude I hold for the growth they have sparked in me.

Julia has been with us since May, Taylor and Jessica joined the team in September, and Leah will be joining us in January!

Although Julia will be wrapping up her time as a graduate student in December, she will transition into a position on our team of licensed counselling therapists upon her completion.
