Monday night Debra’s blend of Hatha, Yin and Kundalini yoga for continuing students.
Tuesday night with Anne brings a beginner friendly blend of hatha yoga poses and energy medicine techniques including tapping and tracing meridians to move and work with energy to nourish our physical and emotional bodies.
Wednesday morning and evening classes with Debra for movement and nourishment using the tools of many styles of yoga in Debra’s own unique blend.

We are just around the corner of summer, getting ready to plant the seeds of new beginnings. Hopefully these seeds will carry the promise of Peace, Love and Courage for all of us.

Anne is offering a new course this session, Energy Medicine Yoga©️. This is a lovely combination of Hatha Yoga and the weaving of Energy systems to create space and healing. In this course she will explain the benefits, the meridians being enhanced and offer tools to take home with you to continue to enhance your wellbeing.
