It’s true! We no longer use Mindbody for booking classes.

We have switched to a Canadian-based booking system, based out of 🇨🇦 Thornhill, Canada 🇨🇦. It's so simple to use, and if you're looking for your own link, you can search back your Summer emails when we launched for your Welcome Email. It will step you through check-in so you can verify if you have remaining existing passes.

🍂☯️. Candlelit Yin and Pin ☯️🍂
Thursday, November 6th, 2025
7pm - 8:30pm

You will begin with a Yin class guided by Jennifer, then rest in Savasana with your pins placed by Charene Peirce DOMP, R. Ac., while being guided through a Yoga Nidra Meditation.

$50+txs per session, and you will receive a $30 receipt for the acupuncture portion of your session that you can provide for insurance.

November's session will be themed, Root & Restore Yin and Pin

As the nights grow longer, it’s time to slow down and root into Yin. This final session nourishes the Lungs and Kidneys, moistens dryness, and prepares the body for winter’s stillness. Yin yoga will gently open and release, while acupuncture supports deep rest, immunity, and emotional ease.

Focus: Metal element (Lung & Large Intestine) — letting go, receiving nourishment, and anchoring Yin.
