Happy Valentine's Day💘

We hope your day is full of health and happiness! Here's a recipe for delicious Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Cookies that you can enjoy with your special someone!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup hazelnut meal (or almond meal)
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)
• 1 ripe banana
• ⅓–½ cup coconut sugar
• 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
• ½ cup Simply Santé Chocolate Protein Powder
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Blend hazelnut meal + chocolate chips until fine.
Add banana, sugar & oil → blend smooth.
Mix in protein, cocoa, vanilla & salt. Chill if needed.
Roll into balls, bake 350°F for 8–9 min, gently flatten.
Dip or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
