The Chrysalis Wellness Centre started with a dream of a place for treatment of body, mind, and soul. In this place, the energy of nature would replenish our spirits, reconnect us to our higher source, and encourage us to draw upon our own inner strength so we may walk the path we are chosen to walk. We are entering a time where modern medicine is succeeding statistically with only 15% of patients

because most illness is caused by unresolved emotions, stress and trauma in the body. If we can combine what we know of modern medicine with holistic healing, we can find a way to communicate with our bodies, and learn that nothing is more vital for healing than love.

Announcement!!! Kimberley and I of The Circle of the Sacred Flame podcast are excited to announce our first semi annual wellness retreat in the beautiful Chester, NS on October 2nd-5th! Ignite Your Sacred Flame is an interactive and intimate gathering to release what is holding you back and open you up to your highest soul led potential! We have invited a special guest, Maureen Webb of Soul Star Mapping from Sedona AZ to help you stop searching and start integrating your soul energies to achieve true embodiment. The weekend includes a group mediumship reading, empowerment workshop, sharing circle, mediations, nature walks, drumming, fire release, welcome gift bag and so much more! We have very limited space.
